Meet Susan Baker
Susan Baker passed the Florida Real Estate exam in December of
2004. Her first sale was for over $1,000,000 and she's been hooked
ever since. Susan is a specialist in luxury waterfront east coast Florida Real Estate in Daytona
Beach Shores, Ponce Inlet, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, & other Daytona Beach Area
Communities
After working with a small local broker, Susan decided it was
time to branch out into the international world of Real Estate and
joined Coldwell Banker All Stars Realty in May of 2005. She teamed
up with Nancy Duxbury to form Duxbury-Baker Partners in June, 2006.
With Nancy's retirement, Susan will carry on the tradition of
excellent service to her clients at Inlet Harbor Realty.
Prior to real estate Susan enjoyed a 30 year career as a computer
programmer analyst in the manufacturing and hospital industries
in New England. After moving to Florida she worked for H & R Block
where she prepared tax returns during the tax season. In the off
season, Susan was a problem solver in Block's year round district
office. Susan understands capital gains taxes and 1031 exchange
rules which are important when making real estate decisions.
Susan lists "change agent" as a significant strength. "The majority
of my life has been spent working with people to facilitate change.
Change can be very traumatic for some people and I enjoy helping
them make that change, whether it be in a business environment,
their personal life, or in their real estate choices."
Her commitment to her clients is equally important. "I will spend
as much time as it takes to give you the results you are looking
for. Once you've made your decision, I will take care of all the
details."

Computer programmer /analyst from Rhode Island. Worked for 30 years in the manufacturing sector with 25 of those years in management positions
- Married to Paul (retired Business Agent for Local 37 Ironworkers) for 14years
- Moved to Florida in 2000, but not yet ready to retire
- Worked for H&R Block for four years as a tax preparer
